Restoring Hardknott Forest
Since 2003, over 700 volunteers have helped restore Hardknott Forest in the upper reaches of the Duddon valley - one of the Lake District's largest conifer plantations - to native woodland. They now need extra help...
Regular volunteering takes place on the second Sunday and fourth Tuesday of each month:
- 8, 19 & 26 January 2021
- 14 & 23 February 2021
