A' gluasad tron speur cho luath
Aig astar 56 mìle san uair
Mar laghairt a' ruith thairis air an uisge
Iteagan brèagha
Sùilean geur buidhe agus donn
A 'coimhead a-mach airson biadh
Sgiathan làidir
Spògan biorach agus luath
Eun brèagha
Cho mòr ri dorus a tha 8 troighean
A sabaid leis na h-iolairean eile
Os cionn na beanntan

The Eagle

Moving through the sky so quick
At a speed of 56 miles per hour
Like a lizard running accross the water
Beautiful feathers
Sharp eyes yellow and brown
Looking out for food
Strong wings
Sharp and fast claws
Beautiful bird
As big as a door that is 8 feet
Fighting with the other eagles
Above the mountains
