Ways we can work together

Support us through 1% For The Planet
The John Muir Trust is proud to be an environmental partner of 1% for the Planet — a global movement and accountability network for businesses committed to doing things differently and giving back to the planet.
Through this initiative, businesses pledge to donate 1% of their annual revenue to trusted partners working to protect and restore the natural world. With just 3% of global philanthropic giving currently supporting environmental causes, this model helps bridge the gap where it's needed most.
Founded in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard (founder of Patagonia) and Craig Mathews (founder of Blue Ribbon Flies), 1% for the Planet has helped its members direct hundreds of millions of dollars to vetted environmental organisations worldwide.
Corporate Partnership
By becoming a Corporate Partner of the John Muir Trust, you’ll not only support vital conservation work but also gain access to a range of exclusive benefits. Different levels of Corporate Partnership provide varying benefits, allowing you to choose the level of involvement that best suits your organisation.
Peak Partnership • £5,000+ per year
For a minimum £5,000 annual contribution, you will recieve access to all of the benefits associated with our Gold Partnership package, plus:
Tailored packages of promotion, and acknowledgement and involvement with the John Muir Trust. We can link your donation to an appeal, a specific project, or sponsorship of events, and organise bespoke volunteering days for your organisation
Gold Corporate Partnership • £1,600 per year
• Access to bespoke conservation work party volunteering days or ranger-led property tours (12 people maximum, additional staff can be accommodated upon request)
•Discounted advertising in John Muir Trust journals, which has a readership of over 32,000 people
•10% discount for 3 nights stay at our Kylesku Lodges for 5+ people, or 20% for 7 nights
