Trust response to 'Future Grant Support for Forestry' consultation

During February and May 2023 Scottish Forestry invited responses to its consultation paper, 'Future Grant Support for Forestry'. The responses will be used to help determine how public money is spent on forestry in Scotland from 2025 onwards.

In addition to supporting the Scottish Environment LINK's Woodland Group response, the Trust submitted additional detail for how the grant can support natural colonisation and renegeration of woodland via sustainable deer management.
