Trustee call

Our Trustees help to shape the work of the Trust, and contribute their skills and knowledge to areas of work from conservation and lobbying government to financial management.

The Board of Trustees has four vacancies for three-year terms in 2025. We’re looking for new Trustees who share our values and will bring fresh ideas to keep us relevant and influential as we work to deliver our new three-year strategic plan.
 
We’d like Members to nominate candidates from diverse backgrounds. Specifically, we welcome those with knowledge and experience in:

• Natural heritage, ecology and land management
• Community engagement
• Finance and fundraising
• Environmental legislation
• Organisational development and project management
• Nature connection, green prescribing and outdoor education

Anyone who has been a Member of the Trust for more than 12 months is welcome to stand. The nomination process will close at noon on Friday 6 June 2025. The results will be announced at our 2025 AGM, which will be held online on the evening of Monday 15 September 2025.

We hope that you’ll also be able to join us for our in-person Members’ and Supporters’ Gathering before then, near Loch Lomond on Saturday 13 September.
