Our Articles of Association effectively form the Trust's constitution and state our charitable objectives.

Our Trustees have approved Standing Orders which include detailed information on procedures for organising and managing aspects of governance. The John Muir Trust Conflict of Interest Policy, for Trustees and for members of Committees and Working Groups, is appended to the Standing Orders.

Delivery of our vision can be achieved through good governance arrangements.
