As Vice Chair, Jane Smallman will take on the duties of Chair until the process to appoint a new Chair has been actioned and a new Chair appointed at the Trust’s next Board meeting in March.
Dave said, “Throughout my time as Chair I have been committed to representing its members and am proud to have been able to support the Trust through an unprecedented pandemic, to contribute to the introduction of new Articles of Association and to support the development of the new Corporate Strategy. I remain committed to the work of the Trust.”
The Trust thanks Dave for his invaluable contribution in the Chair’s role since 2020.
